The Work-Based Learning Program
Over the past 3 years, Not Your Average Joe has had the privilege of employing over 250 students ages 16-21 with a documented disability in a paid internship. This work-based learning program allows students to gain real job experience in a supportive environment. Students learn essential workplace skills, build confidence, and receive individualized coaching. Some even transition directly from the WBL internship program into employment at Not Your Average Joe.
We are currently interviewing candidates for next semester's internship. Positions are available at Not Your Average Joe, Stella Nova, Quincy Bake Shop, Abe's, our corporate office, our roaster, our kitchen, and more. If you or someone you know has a student that would benefit, please apply at the link below.
