Horchata Latte
I visited the Choctaw location and I was a first timer to ever try NYAJ. I love your mission and now having the coffee and a smoothie I love your drinks as well!! Probably the best horchata latte I've ever had! I can't wait to try more things. Sweet Zach took the best care of me in the drive-thru and even told me that the whipped cream is made in house! Love that! I definitely will be returning again and again!
Blueberry Muffin
This Muffin. You don't understand. The first bite, like some combination of biting into a heavenly cloud. Suddenly, pops of blueberry flavor as your break it apart. Not too dry, not to wet. It's tangy on the tongue, and sweet. But then the muffin itself, I don't know how to describe the taste anymore than fresh. If this tastes good just reading, imagine actually trying it.
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
I had the smoothie,sandwich and chips. Very good
Homemade Ice Cream
The staff were very nice, and this location was the perfect study spot as a student. I ordered the avocado toast, and it was a great serving! I also sampled the Dr. Pepper chocolate chip ice cream, and I will definitely come back to get a full scoop because it was delectable.
The Drink that Must Not be Named
This latte is SO GOOD!! I was intrigued by the Harry Potter menu and this latte seemed so interesting! The flavorings are perfect together and they aren't overpowering which I was super grateful for. It was my friends and I's first time at Not Your Average Joe and I can genuinely say I was thoroughly impressed! The people here are so amazing and we were given the whole rundown on Not Your Average Joe and their mission. Everyone is so friendly and the Midtown location has perfect study/coffee shop vibes!
Turtle Latte
The turtle latte is a MUST! It takes just like a turtle dessert but with espresso! I love NYAJ and their mission! Great coffee and great people!
Cappuccino
I wasn't sure what to get so I asked the cashier to get me her favorite drink. She proceeded to ask me whether I liked sweet, in the middle, or more bitter type coffee, then made this based off my answer. Well it was the perfect drink.
Blueberry Muffin
Hands down the best blueberry muffin I've ever had the privilege of eating.
